Accessibility Statement

Everyone should be able to search for a home, ask a question or request a home value on this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• Pages use real headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can move through them.
• Every part of the site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the main content.
• Text and controls meet AA colour contrast against their backgrounds.
• Photos that carry information have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Every form field has a label, errors are described in text and linked to the field, and the forms still work with JavaScript turned off.
• Pages reflow to a single column on small screens and at 400% zoom without scrolling sideways.
• Animation is kept to a minimum and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.

We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. We fix problems in the site itself instead.
